Flowers floating in a terracotta uruli (tray) bring smile on everyones face and fragrance in the air, simple ways in which we could bring terracotta art into our homes. Terracotta items definitely bring a cheer and a way different from the usual.A keen sense of aesthetics will help you incorporate these items in your daily life. Its a fascinating arrangement of small uruli with fresh water and fresh flowers . I painted this in antique silver look which add on the beauty of flowers

Ganesha Idol
April 1st, 2011
Classy and simple, our Ganesha Idol help in beautifying and adorning the interiors such as drawing, sitting and ‘pooja’ rooms.Ganesha idol is the symbol of knowledge, wisdom, education, wealth and good luck. Its a one form of sitting ganesha painted in a antique gold look. It took me four days to paint this idol of Ganesha. It involved first painting the base coat and then base color which took almost a day to dry, followed by the third coat of base color again so that smoothness should be long lasting. The third coat takes less time to dry about half a day, Then I gave the effect of antique gold look which again took half a day to dry. This is the followed up by a final coat of polish (made by me) which gives antique shine of my terracotta pots.
Square Pillar
April 1st, 2011
Dazzling piece of terracotta .Its in square shape. its a classy piece depicting the tradational indian couple with striking carving . I painted it in a antique gold, copper mixed look. Its a small pillar and we can use it in many ways……..as a side table,or at the entrance of the building, phone stand. It took me six days to complete this piece because of the intricate carving which requires more effort…..but really I enjoyed making this piece. When I was giving finishing touches to this piece I saw my dress and found that it also had the same antique gold look….it was lot of hardwork to give the desired effect on the dress of that couple because of the pleates in the turban (traditional indian head gear), on the dhoti (a kind of traditional indian dress worn by males ), collar or buttons of the shirt to make the attire more prominant. It was a similar process in the womans attire the maximum time was spent to give effect on the veil…I was really satisified with my hardwork for 6 days.
Terracotta Muda

Very easy to handle. It can also be used for decoration by placing a terrecotta tray on it with water or flowers in that tray.
DECORATIVE POT….

……Classy piece of decoration. Carving is really beautiful in this pot. I painted it in antique gold, copper look. We can use this piece with flowers or without flowers depends on one’s set-up or idea. According to me it looks very appealing with out flowers or placing any thing inside. Its carving itself speaks volumes about the grace of this piece.
